They may change as a result of the review or as the product changes. When they do, the version number and date change, a note is added to the table at the end of this page, significant changes are shown in the app, and if you have an account the new version is offered for your acceptance at your next sign-in (§17).

1. Parties and acceptance

1.1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pogleda TV app (Samsung Tizen and Android TV / Google TV), the pogleda.com and tivimini.com pages and the phone pages ("Service") provided by Recep Fidan, an individual (Zekeriyaköy Mah. Pelikanpark Sit. B3 D2, Sarıyer, İstanbul, Türkiye) ("we", "Pogleda"). Pogleda is developed and provided by Recep Fidan, not by a company; its website is pogleda.com, and during the transition the app's servers use the tivimini.com domains.
1.2. By using the Service, you accept these Terms and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice at https://pogleda.com/en/privacy. This acceptance is also recorded when you create an account.
1.3. If you do not accept, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

2.1. Pogleda is a home-screen app for smart TVs. On one screen it shows: movie and series search and where a title is available, trailers, YouTube videos and live streams, news headlines, exchange rates and a calculated gold value, match lists, weather, and games played alone or with your phone.
2.2. Pogleda does not replace your TV's system home screen; it opens as a regular app. Pogleda is not a streaming service; shows and films play in each service's own app.
2.3. The Service is free. There are no paid features, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
2.4. Beta. The Service is in beta. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed without notice. Accounts are currently open only to invited users. Some features exist only on certain platforms (for example profiles and AI news summaries exist only in the Samsung TV closed beta, not in the Android TV app).

3. Account

3.1. You can use the Service without an account. You must be 18 or older to create an account and you confirm this when you create it.
3.2. There is no password. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your e-mail or with your Google account. Anyone who can access your mailbox or Google account can also access your Pogleda account. You are responsible for keeping them secure.
3.3. Link a TV to your account only if it is the TV in front of you. Do not approve codes or links sent to you by someone else. If you receive a "A new TV was linked to your account" e-mail that was not you, use the "This wasn't me" link.
3.4. You can see and remove TVs linked to your account at tivimini.com/account. Sign out before selling or giving away a TV.
3.5. You can delete your account at any time at https://pogleda.com/en/delete-account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

4. Profiles (Samsung TV beta only)

4.1. The account holder can create profiles for people in the household and is responsible for the profiles and for use of the account in the household.
4.2. If you create a profile for a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or guardian or have their consent.
4.3. You do not need to use a real name for a profile. Do not use nicknames that infringe someone else's name, trademark or rights, or that are insulting or obscene.
4.4. The Android TV app has no profiles or child profiles.

5. Games and scores

5.1. Games are for personal entertainment. There is no real-money play, betting, prizes or draws. Scores and leagues have no monetary or other value.
5.2. To play with your phone you choose a nickname, which is shown on the TVs in the room and to other players. Do not use insulting nicknames or your full name. The person controlling the TV can remove any player.
5.3. Room code: share the room code or QR code only with people you want to play with. Anyone who knows it (even in another location) can join the room and see the nicknames. There is no chat, voice or camera in games.
5.4. We may delete scores obtained through cheating, automation or misuse of the server, and close the room concerned.
5.5. The weekly family league is visible only within your account.
5.6. Game content (questions, quotes, photos) is for information and entertainment. Photo owners and licences are shown in the game.

6. Third-party content and data

6.1. TMDB: Movie and series information and images come from TMDB. This application uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB.
6.2. JustWatch: Information on where a title is available is provided by JustWatch. It may change and may not always be up to date.
6.3. News: Headlines and short descriptions come from publishers' public RSS feeds and belong to the publishers. The source publisher's name is shown with each item.
6.4. Weather: Weather data comes from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute ("Data from MET Norway", NLOD 2.0 / CC BY 4.0); it is a forecast and may be inaccurate. Pogleda is not a product of, or affiliated with, MET Norway or Yr.
6.5. We do not create or check this content and are not responsible for its accuracy, completeness or continued availability. Content may change or be removed at any time.
6.6. Platform, channel, publisher and club names are used only to identify the source of content or where it is available. Pogleda is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these organisations. All trademarks belong to their owners.

7. AI news summaries (Samsung TV closed beta only)

7.1. In the Samsung TV closed beta, some news items may be summarised automatically with AI from the headlines and short descriptions of at least two different publishers reporting the same event. These summaries are labelled "Summarised with AI" and show the source names. This feature is not in the Android TV app.
7.2. Summaries may contain errors. A summary is not a publisher's article, does not replace it and does not reflect the publisher's views. See the sources for details and the original reports. Do not base important decisions on a summary alone.
7.3. If you see an error, use the "Report an error" button on the reading screen or write to hello@pogleda.com. We review reports of false information about a person, publication bans or publisher objections first and remove the summary if necessary.
7.4. For some topics (for example crime news naming suspects or defendants, children, health advice, election results) no summary is generated; only headlines and sources are shown.
7.5. Publishers can object to the use of their content in summaries by writing to hello@pogleda.com.

8. YouTube

8.1. The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features of the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). The Google Privacy Policy applies to YouTube: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
8.2. Videos play inside Pogleda in YouTube's official player or, if you choose, in the YouTube app on your TV. The player screen always offers "Open in YouTube".
8.3. YouTube may show its own ads in videos. We do not choose, sell or change these ads, and we earn no revenue from them.
8.4. Videos, channels and live streams belong to their owners. A video or stream may be removed or may not play.

9. Opening other apps

When you select a title, Pogleda may open another app installed on your TV (for example a streaming service). Pogleda opens the app itself and may not open the selected title directly. That app is provided by its owner under its own terms. Subscriptions and payments are between you and that provider.

10. Financial information

10.1. Exchange rates are the daily indicative rates of the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, not real-time market prices. Crypto prices and the gold value are for information only and may be delayed or inaccurate.
10.2. The gold value is calculated from an ounce-based reference and an exchange rate. It is not a market quotation such as a Grand Bazaar or bank price.
10.3. This information is not investment advice, an offer to buy or sell, or investment consultancy. Do not base financial decisions on it.

11. Match information

Match lists and results are not live. They are refreshed a few times a day and may be incomplete or late. No betting odds are shown. Team names are used only to identify matches.

12. Advertising and sponsorship

12.1. Pogleda has no ads or sponsored content of its own. YouTube's own ads may be shown in the in-app YouTube player (§8.3).
12.2. In future the Service may contain areas labelled "Ad", "Sponsored" or "Sponsor: …". Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their ads and sponsored content. Ads will not be personalised and will not be shown in child profiles. These Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated before ads start.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes others' rights;
• collect data automatically through the Service, or bulk download or republish content;
• interfere with our servers, try to exceed their limits, bypass security measures, or access other people's accounts or game rooms without permission;
• create an account with someone else's e-mail or Google account, or send sign-in codes or links for phishing;
• reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows.

14. Suspension and termination

14.1. If you breach these Terms, or in case of a security risk or misuse, we may temporarily suspend or close your account or access. Where possible, we will tell you why by e-mail.
14.2. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
14.3. We may change, suspend or end the Service or any feature (for example when a data provider changes its terms). If we end the account service completely, we will announce it reasonably in advance and let you download your data.

15. Intellectual property and app stores

15.1. The rights in the Service and in the Pogleda name and logo belong to Recep Fidan. Third-party names, logos and content belong to their owners. Open-source components are used under their licences (Settings → About).
15.2. If you downloaded the Android TV app from Google Play, Google Play's own terms of service also apply. These Terms are between you and us; Google is not responsible for the Service or its support. The same applies to the Samsung store for the Samsung TV app. As the app is free, there are no store payments, subscriptions or refunds.

16. Liability

16.1. The Service is provided free of charge, in beta and "as is". We do not guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors.
16.2. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from third-party content, apps or services, errors in AI summaries, or decisions you make based on information in the Service.
16.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for intent and gross negligence) or your mandatory consumer rights.

17. Changes

These Terms are currently a draft beta version and may change as a result of legal review. When they change, the version number and effective date change and the table below records what changed. We show significant changes in the app (Settings → About). If you have an account, we will ask you to accept the new version at your next sign-in. If you continue to use the Service after a change, the new Terms apply; if you do not accept them, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts competent under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, within the applicable monetary limits. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence where that law applies.
